This workshop is a fun, hands on, partner activity designed to immerse you and your partner in the art of Thai massage. Practicing Thai massage is a rewarding and fulfilling experience for the recipient as well as the practitioner. It is a beautiful flow of energy work, deep relaxing compression, and passive yogic stretching. Thai massage is an ancient Ayurvedic healing art in which the body experiences profound relaxation, peripheral stimulation of internal organs, increased flexibility and increased flow of energy.

This workshop is designed to balance intensity with introspection. It blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with anatomical insights into key poses from both the Hot Sequence and Vinyasa Flow—revealing how your body engages, compensates, and recovers across styles.
Mirroring the sequence of muscle in the Hot 26/2 practice, through long-held postures, passive stretches, and targeted functional exercises we unlock tight fascial lines, decompress the spine, and bring harmony to overworked and underused muscles. As we explore how Yin poses mirror or counter active asanas, we also deepen the inner practice of concentration (dharana)—training the mind to stay with sensation, breath, and awareness.
This class is more than recovery; it’s an inquiry into how posture, stillness, and breath create mental clarity. Whether you practice the Hot Sequence, Vinyasa, or both, you’ll leave with greater flexibility, alignment, and a more focused, present mind—ready to return to your mat with deeper insight and resilience.”

Breathwork is a powerful technique for exploration, discovery, healing, and personal growth. Working with the breath enables you to take better care of yourself and release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. After a few minutes of Breathwork, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Most people leave Breathwork sessions feeling more clear, calm, content and relaxed. Your experience will be unique to you and your path as Breathwork is different for everyone and different every time you practice it.
During the session Laura will explain and demonstrate the breathing technique. You’ll breathe to a curated playlist to enhance the experience and help you focus. After the Active Breathing she’ll take you through a guided Heart Opening meditation that will leave you filled with gratitude and love.
Bring a mat or blanket, and whatever props you would like to make yourself comfortable.

Join us for a meditative journey through breath and sound in celebration of the Spring Equinox.
We will begin with breathwork guided by rhythmic drumming. This prepares the body and mind to drop into a meditative state. Sound vibrations are created utilizing various instruments including bells, chimes, gong, drum, and 7 crystal bowls. This is an immersive experience which works on all levels of one’s Being; bringing balance and a deep state of relaxation.
