Ready for a Party?

Our End-of-the-year Ember Holiday Social is a great way to combine to fitness and celebration. Come party with us as we provide an opportunity to unwind, connect with others, and rejuvenate during the holiday season.  Take either a Hot Sequence class with Naedra or a Vinyasa class with Natalie, and join us afterwards for drinks and snacks in the lobby.
