Our 108 winter sun salutations are black light & candle lit with energizing & transcendent music. You do not have to complete all 108 sun salutations, just come and share in the energy of flowing together as a group in this ancient tradition meant to welcome the changing season. We will have body paint at the studio, feel free to wear white or neon colored clothing to glow. 

No experience is necessary but some knowledge of sun salutations will be helpful.

Yoga begins at 7pm. Please arrive by 6:45pm.

Yin for Recovery with Aaron

The spiritual principles outlined in the "big book" of Alcoholics Anonymous, are shared with many other spiritual philosophies. 

Similarly yoga, as outlined by the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, teaches practices of meditation and prayer which can directly impact one's spiritual connection to a Higher Power. The practices can be applied across any tradition. Even more inviting to the 12 stepper is this understanding, particularly since we are "given permission" to come to our own understanding.  As a result, evaluating and adopting practices across faiths is common in 12 Step culture. Essentially, I can have my own Higher Power and I can look to other traditions and practices to foster a connection with the Divine. Yoga techniques can be used with (not as a replacement for) the 12 Steps.  

The class does not seek to change, but to help the student deepen, their understanding and connection to the God of our understanding.

This class is NOT a replacement for the 12 Steps and is NOT a 12 step meeting.  It is a yoga class focused on 12 Step philosophy and yogic techniques.  

All are welcome and experience is not necessary. This class will be available online via Zoom LIVESTREAM as well as in person.

In this led class we will cover the first half of the Ashtanga Primary Series sequence before enjoying a very well deserved relaxation.

Ashtanga Yoga combines a series of traditional yoga postures with fluid movements and a focus on breath.  It is a physically demanding sequence designed to create internal heat and maximize energy flow, improve flexibility, strengthen the body, and increase circulation.

Healing and balancing the physical body helps bring about good health and vitality, a clear mind a calm approach to life’s daily obstacles.

Valentine's Benefit Class for Preemptive Love

This 75-minute Vinyasa Flow will focus on the heart center — the anahata chakra — the seat of the true Self. We will open and connect to this sacred center through a combination of meditation, static asana, and fluid movement. Experiencing and nourishing the intuitive voice within, we will work peace and healing in the world by first cultivating it within.

This class is for moms-to-be in all stages of their pregnancy and the first few months after pregnancy. This class will include relaxing and a few challenging poses with safe modifications and is open to all levels. The sequencing is designed to help alleviate common aches and pains associated with pregnancy like back pain, leg cramps, and sciatica. Simple breathing techniques that are beneficial throughout the entire pregnancy are also taught in this class. Students will have the opportunity to connect with their baby as well as other mamas. This class is excellent preparation for birthing through breath, body and mind awareness.

Jackie is a proud mother of 5-month-old, Vince, and pregnancy made her appreciate her body and yoga practice more than ever. Yoga has been a gateway for strength, stillness, and sanity through all stages of pregnancy including miscarriages, fertility treatments, and post-baby. She's honored to support women on their journey to motherhood by helping them ride the physical, emotional, and energetic waves that accompany pregnancy.
