Ukraine Donation Class with Meredith

Join Ember for a donation yoga class to help Ukraine on March 19th at 12:30pm. This vinyasa class will be led by our own, Meredith Hesse and 100% of the sales will be donated to UNWLA for Humanitarian Aid. Established in 1925, the Ukrainian National Women’s League of America (UNWLA) is the longest-running and largest Ukrainian women’s organization in the US. Humanitarian aid is being directed at civilians inside Ukraine who have been displaced or injured, as well as to four military hospitals (Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv and Zhytomyr) caring for injured soldiers.

Class will be 75min and appropriate for all levels.We suggest you come with a mat but we will have rentals available. Sign up for this class in advance or you can also drop in.
