Lindsay Rodriguez

A self-proclaimed, "hot mess unicorn," Lindsay has always had a passion for people and has never met a stranger. A native of Atlanta, she began practicing yoga 15 years ago and it was love at first down dog. The physicality of the practice led way to discovery of possibility and true power in authenticity and community.

Lindsay feels lit up about sharing her passion for empowering others to stand in their own power from a place of vulnerability and strength. Lindsay feels it is important to create space for students to have the experience of something new, a fresh start and a way to stand in their own power, on and off their mats. She stands as a witness to creating ripples, shaking things up and getting messy! Her 3 kids Sofia, Diego and Xavi, are a constant source of inspiration to be curiously playful, generous, and kind, treasuring every moment as a gift.

Lindsay is a lululemon legacy ambassador and Certified Baptiste Yoga Instructor and Co-Founder of the Out of the Box School of Yoga and Leadership.
